Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data.
Delete via the App (Fastest)
The easiest way to delete your account is directly in the App:
- Open Kijani Wellness
- Go to Settings (bottom right ⚙️)
- Tap Privacy Settings & Data
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Your account and all data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Request via Email
If you cannot access the App, send a data deletion request to:
Required Information
Please include the following in your email:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your registered email address
- The sign-in method you used (Email, Apple, or Google)
- Your request: full account deletion or specific data deletion
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All meal logs, workout sessions, and progress data
- Your profile information (height, weight, goals, preferences)
- Herbal tracker logs and fasting history
- All personal data associated with your account
Response Timeline
We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days. Account deletion will be completed within 30 days of your confirmed request.
