How do I log a meal?
From the Home screen, tap "Scan Meal" to use the AI camera scanner, "Voice Log" to log by speaking, or "Search Food" to search our database manually.
How does the calorie goal work?
Kijani calculates your personalized calorie goal using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation based on your height, weight, age, biological sex, activity level, and goal type. Update your profile in Settings → Edit Profile for accurate calculations.
How do I use Guided Meditation?
Tap the Culture tab → Guided Meditation. Select a session, choose your duration (5–30 minutes), and tap Begin Session. Ambient audio will play automatically.
Sign in with Apple is not working
Make sure you are signed into your Apple ID on your device. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID to manage Kijani Wellness. If issues persist, contact us at support@kijaniwellness.com.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Kijani Wellness → Cancel Subscription. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings → Privacy Settings & Data → Delete Account. Or visit our Data Deletion Request page.
The app is crashing — what should I do?
- Force close and reopen the App
- Check for App Store updates
- Restart your iPhone
- Delete and reinstall the App (your data is saved to the cloud)

My food scan shows no results
For best results, point the camera directly at the nutrition label in good lighting. Avoid blurry or dark images. You can also use the Search Food option as an alternative.
